You can achieve whatever your niche has the potential for. This is

Thanks for the compliment. I've experienced a lot of empty promises
on sales pages as well that just don't deliver, so I totally know
how it feels.
You've got to learn how to get traffic somehow though. For most
marketers it really is the lifeblood of their business.

There is no other source of traffic with as much potential, all for
free.
If you spent the $7 on the course and got even just 500 new
visitors to your site through the techniques you learned, you
realize you only spent less than 10 cents a visitor?
That is a great return on investment to me. Nowadays there's no way

quickly?).
So if you're not ready to spend the money for the course, that's
fine. But let me give you a friendly warning that you're probably
